Origins
Niche IT & Hardware Specialist
Starting as a focused consultant and hardware provider for retail environments. In 2002, we opened our doors as a specialized IT consulting firm focused on bespoke network setups. During these early days, we weren’t just installing hardware; we were building the foundation of our “client first, client always” mentality. By working closely with our initial clients, we learned that exceptional outcomes are built on direct relationships—a core value that would soon define our approach to the enterprise space.

Expanding into nationwide deployment and configuration for major brands. The turning point came in 2009 when we expanded our leadership team with deep enterprise Point-of-Sale (POS) expertise. We officially became Macro Solutions Group and quickly secured premier partnerships with top-tier manufacturers like Toshiba, Zebra, and HP. As we took on complex, multi-location rollouts for national brands like Bass Pro Shops, Hobby Lobby and American Blue Ribbon Holdings, we rapidly scaled our staging and logistics capabilities. We proved we could handle massive volume and complex configurations without ever losing our personal touch.
